ClipFlow is a multi-platform content management tool that allows users to schedule and publish video content to social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a single interface.
You must create an account to use the Service. You can register using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to content you upload to ClipFlow. By using the Service to publish content, you grant us permission to transmit your content to the selected social media platforms on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the policies of each platform.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
ClipFlow facilitates publishing to third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms through ClipFlow is subject to each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines. ClipFlow is not responsible for content moderation or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
ClipFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of content, failure of publications, or account suspensions by third-party platforms.
The ClipFlow name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are trademarks of ClipFlow. You may not use these names without our prior written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
